01Using this site

You can browse the site, play the game and send us your site for review. Please do not:

• Use the site for anything unlawful or misleading.
• Try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or its forms.
• Scrape, copy or resell the site’s content, design or code.
• Send us content you do not have the right to share.

02The verdict

When you send us your site, we give you an honest read on what is holding it back and what it would take to fix. It is our professional opinion based on what we can see. It is free, it is not a guarantee of results, and you are under no obligation to work with us.

03Working together

• Scope, price, timeline and payment terms are set out in a written proposal before any work starts.
• Ownership of the finished site passes to you once it has been paid for in full.
• Third-party costs, such as your Webflow plan, domain, fonts and other licences, are yours unless the proposal says otherwise.
• We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

04Your content

You keep ownership of everything you send us, including your existing site, copy and assets. You confirm that you have the right to share it with us for the purpose of reviewing or rebuilding it.

05Our content

The design, copy, code, motion and the Overruled game on this site belong to Verdikt Studio and Flowdudes. You may not reuse them without our written permission.

06Links to other sites

We link to work we have done and to other services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.

07No warranty

We work hard to keep this site accurate and online, but it is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

08Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

09Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

10Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the country in which Verdikt Studio is registered, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

If a dispute comes up, we will first try to resolve it with you informally and in good faith. If it is not resolved within 30 days, it will be settled exclusively by the courts of that country. Nothing in this section removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim there.

Where a written proposal or agreement covers project work, any governing law and jurisdiction set out in it applies to that work.
